The integrated robotic welding cell features a custom head and tailstock with “quick fixturing”. The system uses a weave technology which delivers a heavy deposition GMAW weld utilizing Through-Arc seam tracking. The fixturing can be modified for I-Beams, H-Beams or Polygon/Round Transmission Poles.
