Cantilevered Turning Rolls for Welding Boilers

IRCO recently delivered a set of Cantilevered Turning Rolls for a manufacturer of boilers and small pressure vessels. The paired set is capable of turning up to 70,000 lb and is specifically designed to rotate boilers during the welding of end-caps.

TRSA: Self-Aligning Turning Rolls

This week’s feature product is the TRSA: Self-Aligning Turning Rolls. Our latest set was sold as part of a tank fit-up system that will be used to build custom storage tanks for industrial applications. IRCO’s Self-Aligning Turning Rolls are designed to support tanks, vessels or large diameter pipes and can handle weights of up to 750,000 lb.

Automated Pipe Spooling

IRCO Automation delivered a power elevating weld system designed to manipulate pipe up to 48” in diameter. The system includes two power elevating Pipe Rotators (headstock positioners) and four x 10,000 lb power elevating Support Idlers.

IRCO’s PortaWelder™ is a portable Column & Boom Weld Manipulator
designed to bring the weld head to the joint. The wheeled-base supports
a small, self-contained welding system; including power supply, and accessories like water coolers, flux equipment, and gas bottles. A
handlebar allows an operator to easily push the machine around the shop.
The vertical mast and telescoping boom enable precise placement of the
weld head over the weldment.
